CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    1. Refunds: In case of non-availability of next pair for exchange.
    2. Exchanges: In case of broken/missing part of shoes or quality issue with particular order we will be replacing the product and sending return label for same. In case of misfit in size, return label will be sent. In case of colour issue – cost of return will be borne by customer.

To exchange any items in your order, place a new order online for the item that you would like, and return the item you wish to exchange. Due to rapidly changing inventory, this will assure that you will get the item and size that you want.

All requests are accepted within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product/s.

On returns, including sale and clearance items: Shipping cost to both ways is customer’s responsibility and will not be credited to customer’s account. The only exception is if the shoe is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or was shipped in error.

Clearance items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED INTO ACCOUNT.

Product Return/Exchange Conditions:

All products must be packed in the original unmarked and unaltered packaging including any material/s shipped with the shoe. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed. Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for return. Rag & Co. does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise.

Once we receive and approve your returned merchandise, we will issue exchange/refund as suitable according to above points (minus any applicable fees).
