What will be the delivery charges?
We offer delivery through UPS, USPS and FedEx. FedEx remains our partner for all international deliveries. Shipping is free on orders above $ 50 in USA. For international shipments, delivery charges are applicable as shown by the logistic partner and payment gateway.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping within USA takes 3 to 4 working days and international deliveries are met with 6-7 days of order/s being placed. Some factors including non-availability of stock, logistic partner, delivery location, weather conditions & natural calamities may cause a delay in delivery.
You will be notified once your product is ready to ship and dispatch. Your product delivery time depends upon the availability of the product.
Are there any hidden costs on items?
We offer complete transparency & no hidden costs to our customers. You will only be charged the amount shown in the final checkout except that you may be charged by your credit card or online payment provider.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each customer?
In case you have requested a change in location, the delivery time for your order will vary due to geographical reason. During the holiday season or other times, the delivery can be affected by the heavy demand of products in a particular region. You will be notified in case there is a change in delivery time through email.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
We always feel happy in listening to our customer queries & helping them with the best solutions. In case you want to return any product, you can write to us with a reason to return. If it fits our return requirement, we’ll process a pick-up for you. You’ll receive an email consisting of a return label & a feasible pick-up time by our logistic partner.
For returns from outside United States of America, non-pre-paid labels can be printed and sent to the warehouse address.
