We offer returns* & exchange of products against valid reasons for the requested action. As per government rules, the return request is to be filed not beyond 14 days of delivery date. Your return request will be processed & a delivery slot would be allotted if the stated reason seems valid to the team.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCESS BELOW FOR RETURNING YOUR PARCEL:
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
- Contact Rag and Co. customer care and notify regarding the return and reason of return. Email id: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please notify us within 14 days after delivery and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by contacting us and the team will look into it.
- Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
- Returns are subjected to Quality Check upon receiving in our warehouse.
- If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
- Once confirmed manufacturing defect or faulty merchandise will be refunded or exchanged on our cost.

Yes we do offer exchange. Please do contact Customer Care for more information.
P.S Returns are not applicable on any discounted product. Exchange would be advised but the return cost would be borne by the customer.
Refund allocated only when:
- The product is not under any sale category or given a discount price.
- It is damaged or hampered with before receiving or wearing the product.
- There would be no refund on size change, not to my liking or any other by choice reasons. We can surely offer an exchange for the same.
