CANCELLATIONS:

In case you wish to cancel your order, ensure to email - info@ragnco.com within 3 hours of placing the order. The above will not be applicable to Next Day Delivery Orders.

For items bought during the Festive Sale/Clearance, we regret to inform you that Return Labels will not be furnished. We request customers to contact us before dispatching the product, sharing tracking details and raising any issues to avoid confusion and potential misplacement of packages. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on an individual basis, following our standard policy.

RETURNS:

We hope you love what you ordered! But if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in new, unused condition and in original packaging – with all tags intact. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refund, store credit, or exchange.

Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Rag & Co. does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise. Once we receive and review your returned merchandise, we will issue exchange/refund.

Note: Free return and exchange is applicable for one (1) time only.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

Occasionally we experience warehouse errors. If you have received the incorrect item please ensure you retain the original packaging and contact the Rag & Co team as soon as possible. We will require photographs of the package and the product.

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item- return your item and reorder. You can then place a new order for the style, size, or color you want.

In case you wish to exchange an item due to misfit, you can return the item to our warehouse and place a fresh order. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.

Please note that submitting an exchange request does not reserve the inventory and we cannot guarantee that the item will be available upon receiving your return. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange order, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative selection. If we cannot process a replacement order, we will issue a refund or Rag & Co online store credits.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards may not be returned.

US customers opting to pay via Redo app can choose to pay a small amount at checkout, based on their order value. With this option, returning for a refund, exchange, or store credit becomes easy and entirely free. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN LABELS/STORE CREDITS:

A Prepaid Return label will be provided in case of any manufacturing defects/ quality issues/size misfit in the product. A Prepaid Return label will not be provided in case of color mis-match or personal choice or orders placed by mistake.

Note: Some products may have an associated image or photo and may differ from the actual product. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different from those shown on the site.

REFUNDS:

Once your product is received, you can expect a refund within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed/closed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged or worn merchandise. Please notify us if you received a damaged item immediately so that we can further assist you.

PRICE MODIFICATION:

Rag & Co. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time. Any price changes will not affect any order that Rag & Co. has already accepted. Once the product is delivered to the customer, Rag & Co. is not responsible for the difference in price during the Sale change. No refund is applicable once an order is placed and the Sale changes.
